Collin has always had a passion for culinary arts. Starting as a prep cook at age 15, the decision was made to turn passion into a career. He continued working in kitchens and in 2008 started culinary school at Culinary Academy of Austin. After graduating, he worked through a multitude of restaurants across the Austin area. From fast casual to fine dining, bbq to bakeries, he has taken in everything the Austin culinary scene has to offer. Delicious healthy food is the main goal when creating his menus keeping in mind to source the freshest organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats & seafood. Collin looks to continue growing and expanding his career as a chef and helping people enjoy life through happy food.
