Story
Food has always been a journey for me personally. It taught me about sharing and the ability to nurture the body and the soul with flavors and nutrients. I began 10 years ago in the kitchens of the great hotels in Las Vegas and developed a large interest working with french and french inspired cuisine. I believe this will be a great way to share my experience with a broader audience.
